Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping cost
- Orders under $50: $4.99
- Orders of $50 or more: free
The shipping cost is shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 5–8 business days, so most orders arrive within 6–11 business days of purchase. You'll see an estimated delivery date at checkout. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
If we can't ship your order within the time stated, we'll email you before it's due, tell you the new expected date and give you the choice to cancel for a full refund.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment partner. Final delivery is made by a US carrier.
Duties and fees
All import duties and fees are included in the price. You won't pay anything extra on delivery.
Lost or late orders
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after purchase, email us at support@northdusk.com. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
Delivered but not received
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your parcel, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll open a claim with the carrier and help you get it resolved.
Address errors
Please check your shipping address at checkout. To change it, email us within 12 hours of ordering. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it once you confirm the right one; the cost of reshipping is yours.
